Global Buddhist Travel in India & Nepal
October 3 – 16, 2026
In the Footsteps of the Buddha pilgrimmage with experienced guides.
Dharma teachers Shantum Seth and Brian Kimmel.
In partnership with Together Mapalus Press and Plum Village Mindfulness Seattle. Shantum is a revered teacher and guide, having lead this pilgrimage and travels to historic sites in India and Nepal since the 1980s. Tours he has lead have included the Dalai Lama, Thich Nhat Hanh, and Stephen Bachelor.
We are also priviliged to offer an additional tour to the Taj Mahal, highly recommended, and the Ellora and Ajanta Caves. The caves are significant to the work Brian Kimmel has done over the decades in Embodying Narratives. This historical architecture in nature is contemporary of works connected with his ancestral lands of Indonesia. Strategic in the narratives of early contemporary eras of Buddhist-Hindu kingdoms in the Indonesian archipelego. With influence stemming from his ancestral lands across the globe.
Clinician Trainings & Group Offerings with Brian Kimmel Guidance Center
Beyond Supervision I & II: Somatic Process for Beginning Clinicians. TBA
The work of a clinician is profound and deeply taxing. We often carry the stories and trauma of our clients, and without a dedicated space for our own processing, we can become disconnected and overwhelmed. This group is not a traditional supervision model but a unique opportunity to engage in personal, embodied work that complements your clinical practice. By focusing on your own nervous system and physical sensations, you can gain new insights and prevent vicarious trauma from taking hold.
Couples Groups for Clinicians and their partners. TBA
Wellness Retreats. TBA
